All customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. Duties and taxes vary by country. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding the duty fee for your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes returns, package rejection upon arrival and/or failure to pay duty fees.

If a package is returned to us due to the customer refusing to pay duties, the customer is responsible for the duty fees of import back to us. We will refund you for your order minus the duty fees. 

Please ensure your address is correct, as Meli&Moli cannot be held responsible for any delays or lost packages due to an incorrect address.



If a package has been delivered to the shipping address that you provided at checkout, we are not responsible if that package is lost or stolen after delivery. We understand that having a package taken from your porch is frustrating, however it is the customer's responsibility to know typical delivery times of postal workers in your neighborhood, and make sure someone is home to receive the package.

If your package is lost in transit (very rare) this is the carrier's responsibility. In this case you may reach out to us at for assistance.

All Meli&Moli jewelry is created with love and care, your satisfaction is very important to us. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied, please note the following instructions:

We accept returns in new and unused condition with original packaging, which means tags and jewelry cards attached as well as jewelry bag(s) and gift box, for both US and international customers. You have 30days from that date of receiving your jewelry. If you would like to make a return please email for a return authorization (RA) at The recipient address of return will be listed in authorization email. Without authorization, returns cannot be accepted.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Please include a note with your name and invoice/order number. We cannot refund shipping charges on returns items.

For your protection, return your order with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, DHL) & retain copy of your proof of purchase. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Please note that we do not offer free returns service at the moment. We will minus any delivery charges from the refund.

Upon receipt of items, we will send you confirmation email and process your refund within 10 business days of receipt and card originally used will be credited with the cost of the goods, minus any delivery charges.


We don’t accept exchanges, but you’re welcome to go ahead and return the item and place a new order.

"Final sale" "Made to order" "Gift card" items can’t be returned or exchange for any reason.
