Meli&Moli stands behind the products we sell. Therefore, all of our products are cover by a one year warranty from your day of purchase.
- Customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to send the items back to Meli&Moli.
- Customer should make sure that items are safely packed before sending them back. Meli&Moli will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- When sending back the items, customer must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Package with no tracking will not be processed.
- Meli&Moli reserve the right to avoid the warranty on any items showing signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond normal wear, as determined by our Jewelry professionals.
If product parts states made of 925 sterling silver, when silver is exposed to air over a longer period of time, it’s likely to oxidize and turn a darker color. Don’t worry though, this is absolutely normal. You can polish your Mel&Moli jewelry frequently with a soft polishing cloth to maintain their shine.
